A few years ago I stumbled upon the concept of manifestation and during that same week began a love affair with yoga. I’ve found a way to combine the two and my life has never been the same. I can’t wait to pass it on to you!
This is a 3-part method combining guided affirmation setting, meditation, and a creative flow that will raise your vibration and be your first step in taking inspired action. It can be done over and over again, as often as you need!
My hope is you will return to this method whenever you are manifesting something monumental or basic, if you are feeling down on yourself and need to improve the quality of your thoughts and boost your confidence, or when you simply want to tune in and get clear on your goals to set them into motion.
One of the aspects of this method involves the Human Design System. If you don’t know what that is, DO NOT WORRY.
